Q1: Are there any solution if the product has any problem? A: Yes. Within 2 years from the date of purchase, if there is a problem with the product, we will provide a replacement.

Q2: How to remove the old cylinder? Turn the chair upside down. Use pipe wrench to turn the upper shaft (the seat end) a turn or two till it comes loose. (It is better to put a few drops of penetrating oil on each end where the cylinder fits into the chair before you start to remove the cylinder) Using a rubber mallet, hit on the back of the base for the cylinder to pop out on the ground.

Q3: How to install? Set the base upright on the floor. Place the new cylinder into the base. Simply pick up your chair and align it to the hole in the mechanism. Once set onto the cylinder, sit on the chair to set it in place.

Q4: How high is the lift? 373mm is the max height of this chair piston fully extended.
